It's a child of the collapse in newspaper revenue, a non-profit organization dedicated to doing investigative journalism. Pro Publica's President and Editor, Paul Steiger delivers an address Tuesday, September 29, titled: "How Newspapers' Decline Will Affect Citizens and Democracy." Steiger will speak at 7 p.m. in Ostrove Auditorium at Colby College in Waterville.
