On most days, the workings of the State House are centered around on two politically distinct groups, Republicans and Democrats. But today, at least for a few moments, the spotlight was cast instead on two groups of distinct heritage. As it turns out, the 9th annual Franco-American Day in Augusta this year happened to be on St. Patrick's Day.
