| Studies have shown music's ability to reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure and even relieve pain. An a cappella singing group in southern Maine is offering its music to bring some comfort to dying patients. The Harbour Singers Hospice Choir travels to nursing homes and hospices, singing to patients by their bedsides. |
