BANGOR, Maine (AP) _ A man arrested in Massachusetts in connection with the deaths of three Maine residents who were shot and left in a burning car in a Bangor parking lot is scheduled to face a judge Monday.
Nicholas Sexton of Warwick, R.I., and Randall "Ricky'' Daluz face murder charges in connection with the Aug. 13 discovery of the three bodies.
The 31-year-old Sexton was arrested on Oct. 4 in Brockton, Mass., and ordered by a Massachusetts judge returned to Maine on Wednesday.
The Bangor Daily News reports that Bangor police brought him to the Penobscot County Jail on Thursday.
Police say Sexton and Daluz will be separated in jail. Daluz has already pleaded not guilty.
