Authorities say Jacqueline Ingalls, 74, died after her vehicle crossed the center line of Route 302 this morning and struck a school bus.

BRIDGTON, Maine (AP) _ Authorities say a 74-year-old Casco woman has died after her minivan crashed head-on into a school bus.

Bridgton police say Jacqueline Ingalls was killed after her vehicle crossed the center line of Route 302 in Bridgton about 7 a.m. Monday.

School officials told the Portland Press Herald  that the bus driver and the three students who were on board were checked out at Bridgton Memorial Hospital, but they didn't suffer serious injuries.

A stretch of Route 302 was shut down for about three hours following the accident, with traffic being detoured down side roads.
