RANGELEY, Maine (AP) _ The Maine Warden Service says divers will return to Rangeley Lake to continue searching for the bodies of three snowmobilers when the weather improves.

Officials said a sonar found several area of interest on Thursday but divers will have to wait for better weather - possibly next week - to explore them.

Wardens have recovered gloves and helmets believed to belong to the missing men, and say there are snowmobile tracks that lead to an unfrozen area near the middle of the lake.

Glenn Henderson of Sabattus, Kenneth Henderson of China, and John Spencer of Litchfield are presumed dead. They went into the water hours after a 44-year-old Yarmouth woman was killed Sunday when she plunged into the lake.

Wardens are warning of thin ice and open water.
