It's an historic night for Maine's biggest city:  Portland's first popularly-elected Mayor in nearly 90 years, Michael Brennan, is shortly due to deliver the first State of the City address. The speech is expected to include a summary of the first year of his term and his vision for the city's future. Brennan won election in 2011 in a race that included 15 candidates. Previously, the mayoral post rotated among City Council members.  As part of our new series - in which we talk with mayors around the state about what's going on in their communities - Maine Things Considered host Tom Porter spoke with Mayor Brennan earlier today.  He asked the mayor how he would characterize his first year in office.
