02/04/2013 02:12 PM ET

Gov. Paul LePage will present his statement of accomplishments and goals at 7 p.m. Tuesday to a joint session of the House and Senate.

See Editor's Note below.

AUGUSTA, Maine (AP) _ Maine Gov. Paul LePage will give his second State of the State speech with state revenues remaining scarce and the political atmosphere remaining frosty.

The Republican governor will present his statement of accomplishments and goals at 7 p.m. Tuesday to a Democratic-majority joint session of the House and Senate and statewide radio, television and Web audiences.

The governor's office hasn't discussed details but some themes such as education choices, energy prices and the business environment have been bedrock LePage issues. The annual speeches also invariably include a surprise announcement or two.

Editor's Note:  MPBN will air the address live on television and radio, and stream it live on the Web, at MPBN.net.
