Former Maine U.S. Sen. Olympia Snowe is joining a national organization that speaks out on the impacts of America's partisan political divide. Snowe, a Republican, announced earlier this week that she is becoming a senior fellow at the Bipartisan Policy Center, where she will co-chair its newly-formed Commission on Political Reform.
