05/06/2013   Reported By: Tom Porter

The separate arrests of two 12-year-old boys in connection with two of the three recent major fires in Lewiston may have caused some to wonder: What exactly prompts a child to start a fire? Pamela Tourangeau knows more about that than most people. She's a mental health counselor and the director of the York County Juvenile Fire Safety and Interventions Collaborative. Tourangeau spoke with Maine Things Considered host Tom Porter.
