Twenty-year-old Kyle Dube, of Orono, was indicted on murder and kidnapping charges in last month's asphyxiation death of Nichole Cable.

BANGOR, Maine (AP) _ A Maine man accused of using a phony Facebook profile to lure a 15-year-old girl to her death is due in court.

Twenty-year-old Kyle Dube, of Orono, was indicted on murder and kidnapping charges in last month's asphyxiation death of Nichole Cable. He was due to be arraigned Wednesday at the Penobscot Judicial Center.

Police say Dube used a fake Facebook profile to lure Cable out of her Glenburn home before killing her and hiding her body on May 12.

Police say Dube told others that he'd intended to abduct Cable and later come to her rescue. Her remains were found in nearby Old Town eight days after she disappeared.
