06/20/2013 10:47 AM ET

State officials say Budson Anderson, 79, was working on lawn equipment in a storage building yesterday afternoon, when the building exploded.

A New Limerick man was killed yesterday in an explosion and fire in a storage building he was working in.

State officials say Budsen Anderson, 79, died when the building in his back yard blew up at about 2:45 Wednesday afternoon. Anderson was working on lawn equipment in the building just before the blast, which was heard by several neighbors.

The State Fire Marshal's Office says it is unlikely they will be able to determine the cause of the explosion, which leveled the building.
