Exhibit Connects Maine Convicts With their Younger Selves
01/17/2014   Reported By: Keith Shortall

A new exhibition of photographs, text, and video in Biddeford explores the idea that prisoners who have lost everything because of their choices and deeds have a heightened sense of what's important in life. REFLECT: Convicts' Letters to Their Younger Selves, is the creation of southern Maine photographer Trent Bell, who told Keith Shortall that he was inspired by a good friend, who was sentenced to more than three decades behind bars.
