After more than a decade at the helm of Colby College, William "Bro" Adams has announced that he'll step down in June of 2014. Since arriving at the private liberal arts school in 2000, Adams is credited with attracting a more diverse and international student body, dramatically increasing Colby's endowment for financial aid, and expanding the campus infrastructure. Adams spoke with Keith Shortall about the some of challenges facing schools like Colby.
