Governor Baldacci last week announced a new task force to help the lobster industry carve out a more sustainable future.  Janine Bisallon-Cary, President of the Maine International Trade Center says the task force will need to look at many areas.  The Center will lead a trade mission to the Persian Gulf city of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates this coming February.  One of the things they plan to do is to highlight Maine food products at the 2009 edition of "Gulfood," the largest food trade show in the Middle East.
