Slow Growth Forecast for Maine Economy

Maine's economy is expected to grow relatively slowly this year, with lagging employment growth of no more than 2 percent. That according to the New England Economic Partnership spring forecast. Muskie School Economist Charlie Colgan, who spoke Wednesday with Keith Shortall, says those employement numbers are not expected to return to pre-recession levels until early 2015.
