Tom Chappell founded "Tom's of Maine" in Kennebunk back in 1970 and since he has become synonymous with environmentally-friendly healthcare products.

Chappell recently sold the "Tom's of Maine" brand and became a very wealthy man in the process. But as host Frank Ferrel discovered in a conversation taped at Chappel’s Saltwater Institute, where he teaches values-centered management, anyone who thinks Chappell will simply take the money and run has clearly never met the man.
