Beverly Hallam: Artist as Innovator

Artist Beverly Hallam (lower right).

Beverly Hallam of York is a pioneer in the use of acrylics and the airbrush. She got her start in Maine in the 1950s as part of the Ogunquit Art Association and Barn Gallery. Hallam has produced original and spectacular images in form, composition and color including an acclaimed series of flower paintings.

Beverly Hallam: Artist as Innovator premiered at the Ogunquit Museum of American Art on August 23, 2011.
