Gentle waves wash across sand tinged with tones of pink and purple and dotted with brown and russet rocks in this pleasing oil on panel.  The islands float in the blue water below a luminous cream colored horizon. This fine plein air coastal painting is in a black with gold-faced floating frame measuring 14 by 20 inches.
