Description:
This unique whimsical wood sculpture represents a board found on a pebble beach and left in its original shape. The artist has added a tail fin and dorsal fin of cut and crafted copper, a unitary eye, and dappled paint in white and blue to give the sea creature its handsome uniform. This work may be displayed indoors or out, and is signed by the artist. It measures five feet long by eight inches high, and swims in either salt or fresh water! She is represented by Studio 21 Lincoln Street Center for the arts in Rockland.
