This colorful and accomplished acrylic latex on wood panel lights up the room. Bordered by the check in tan, blue red and green, the vase with flowers stands proudly on a crimson cloth. The flowers radiate colors of yellow, white, burgundy, and blue, and the serpentine green foliage dances around the vessel. This work measures 29 by 35 inches in the painted handcrafted pine frame. Artist Richards has exhibited widely and won several awards in Maine shows.
