Their Basic Session, available June 22-Aug 16, for 12-18 year olds presents a solid natural history approach to oceanography and introduces students to basic marine concepts and laboratory procedures. The Advanced pre-college course, for students aged 15-19 requires one year of high school science, preferably biology or chemistry. This session runs August 6-16 and is of a more analytical nature.
