1 ½ cups lobster meal, small pieces (tomalley included if
available, if not, the Bar Harbor Company makes a lobster pate
that is mostly tomalley and ground lobster meal, ½ of a small can
will add flavor.)
1 ½ cups crumbled cracker crumbs (unsalted Pilot crackers)
1 cup liquid (milk or lobster juice or both)
1 egg
2 tablespoons melted butter
Stir all together. Mixture should be somewhat loose. Bake in a
well-buttered casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
