1 package shredded, ready to cook white potatoes (1 pound, 6
ounces)
garlic flavored oil
coarse sea salt
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with
cooking spray. Toss the potatoes with the garlic flavored oil,
coating well. Spread evenly over the cookie sheet and bake in the
oven, turning several times as the potatoes start to brown and
crisp up. Cook for about 25 minutes or until the potatoes have
reached the desired amount of crispiness. Just before serving
sprinkle with coarse sea salt and mix well.
