Economist: Maine's Slow Recovery Likely to Pick up Speed

The stock sell-offs of late last week came against the background of predictions the economy will pick up speed this year. Arthur Jones, with CBRE Econometric Advisors was in Portland last week for an annual conference of the Maine Real Estate and Development Association. Jones talked with MPBN's Tom Porter about the outlook for the U.S. and Maine in the fifth year of what he termed a "very slow and drawn out recovery."
